  9. their support staff. The Openlaw Business Database stores details of all
  10. contacts of the firm (including clients, prospects, introducers, staff,
  11. counsel, experts, advisors, foreign contacts and others), their marketing
  12. interests, skills and other characteristics and multiple relationships between
  13. contacts. The marketing and mailing functions enable you to manage this as an
  14. integral part of your firm-wide information system and they reflect the way a
  15. legal firm handles marketing. You can select lists of contacts for most
  16. marketing activities, produce and record mailshots, seminars, parties and other
  17. approaches to and responses from each contact and track the firm's collective
  18. knowledge on any contact. Case management extentions are under development.
